Experience Required:

- 1 – 2 years of experience in an advertising agency or related field.- Bachelors/ Master’s degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field.

Major Roles & Responsibilities:

- Create designs, concepts, and layouts based on knowledge of visual hierarchy, grid systems, and typography.- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing, on-brand, and consistent with the brand tonality.- Present finalised ideas and concepts to the internal teams and clients.- Work with a wide range of media, including digital creatives, print creatives, web banners, etc.- Keeping abreast of emerging technologies in design and advertising.- Being a part of all client meetings and communicating with internal teams to discuss the business objectives and requirements from a design perspective.- Interpret the client's business needs and develop concepts to suit their purpose.- Obtain approval of the concepts by submitting rough layouts and sketches.- Develop design briefs by gathering information and data through research.- Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts.- Maintaining necessary design trackers to track their work and ensuring as per scope we are delivering from the design front.

Skills Required:

- Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Indesign.- Excellent design and artistic abilities.- Knowledge of any other Software like After Effects, Character Animator, Premier Pro, Blender, XD, Figma, etc. would be a great add-on.- Great time management skills.- Ability to work efficiently and contribute in a team environment.
