Experience: 8+ Years (Minimum 5 years in ADP and US Benefits)Location: KPHB, Hyderabad (Onsite)Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM ISTAbout the Role:We are looking for an experienced US Onboarding Specialist with strong expertise in ADP and US Benefits administration. The ideal candidate will manage the onboarding process for US employees, ensure compliance with company and federal guidelines, and provide a smooth transition experience for new hires.Key Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for US employees through ADP.Handle US Benefits enrollment and administration, including medical, dental, and retirement plans.Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations.Coordinate with HR, payroll, and compliance teams to maintain accurate employee records.Support employees with onboarding-related queries and documentation.Manage onboarding requirements related to Federal Contracts, including Hazard Pay, SCA, and Stipend calculations.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth employee transitions and timely setup in all systems.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.8+ years of total experience, with at least 5 years in ADP and US Benefits administration.Strong understanding of US Benefits, SCA compliance, and federal contract regulations.Knowledge of Hazard Pay, Stipend, and related payroll processes is a plus.Prior experience in the Healthcare domain is an added advantage.Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.Why Join Us:Work with a collaborative HR team managing large-scale US onboarding operations.Exposure to diverse HR processes, federal contracts, and US benefit systems.Opportunity to grow within a dynamic and employee-focused environment.Perks and benefitsCompetitive salaryDrop cab facility for female employeesSupportive team and professional developmentLocation: InteliX Systems, HyderabadApply Now: Send your resume to :
