Adjunct Faculty

Job Objective  

• Support blended learning journey for our learners to achieve superior learning experience and successful skills outcome 
  

• Be a subject matter expert and mentor students throughout their learning journey
  

• ACTA/ACLP
  

• HRD Certified Trainer (TTT)
  

• Or local equivalent
  

• At least 5 years in Project Management with 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master for tech or non-tech teams (can be cumulative)
  
• Demonstrable experience facilitating adoption of Scrum within a team or business unit
  
• Experience as a trainer, coach or facilitator in a corporate setting
  
• Strong interpersonal skills and business-level English
  
• Capable of mentoring and coaching professionals and non-professionals in a group or 1-1 setting
  
• Led a team of more than 3 persons in an Agile setting
  
• Project Management experience in traditional project management contexts
  
• Scrum certification for Scrum.org or Scrum Alliance preferred (PSM, PSPO, CSM, CSPO etc)
  

• Additional language (Mandarin)
  
• Experience in startups or other entrepreneurial projects in SMEs
