plays a pivotal role in driving the growth of our Service Sales business. This position is essential for expanding our service offerings, leveraging the latest technologies in AI, HPC, server platforms, storage, and networking. The role requires building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations and OEM vendors.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.Strong understanding of service offerings, including ASP, onsite support, and after-sales services.Working knowledge of AI, HPC, storage and networking platforms.Strong understanding of NVIDIA DGX or OEM HGX reference architecture (RA) along with RAs of approved and certified NVIDIA partner technologies.Understanding of NVIDIA’s AI software stack and other proven AI open-source software stacks.Experience with Datacenter services like Whitespace deployment, racking & stacking of equipment, structured cabling, containment systems, power and cooling provisions, etc.Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.Strong commercial acumen and financial analysis skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:Manage and develop the services and solutions portfolio of MBUZZ.Collaborate with Presales and Product Management (PM) team for innovative solution design.Develop and submit competitive commercial proposals based on OEMs and PMs inputs.Negotiate contracts, and close deals to maximize revenue and profitability.Define project scopes, including deliverables, timelines, risk assessments, and cost estimates.Manage vendor relationships through regular meetings and roadmap analysis.Enable technical team and facilitate technical support improvements.Directly engage with customers for proof-of-concepts and demonstrations.Collaborate with internal IT, Presales, Service Delivery, Customer Support, Finance, and LogisticsGain deep understanding of RMA and support processes for all product portfolios.Make informed decisions on complex cases to prevent escalation and manage client expectations.Partner with OEMs to improve SLAs, and provide ongoing training and certifications.Enhance the ASP team's turnaround time and first-call resolution rates.Manage projects and execute planning and implementation through end-to-end management.Manage multi-shore consulting projects with distributed teams.Comprehend complex scenarios, propose effective implementation plans and solutions.Establish, onboard, and manage outsourcing providers to ensure smooth integration.Prepare, develop and expand professional & ASP services through digital marketing.Expand and oversee the Authorized Service Provider (ASP) services.Handle both in-warranty and out-of-warranty service requests.
