JOB PURPOSE To manage and fulfil the requirements of highly dynamic Product Management team where we are obsessed about consumer needs. Defining product KSPs, competition tracking, and key stakeholder management.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Consumer obsession: Lead the understanding of consumers’ behaviour and needs through qualitative and quantitative studies in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.Industry awareness: Derive data driven analysis on the competitive landscape of the smartphone industry and derive actionable insights with primary and secondary research to build differentiating product positioning and superiority.Defining the product: Leverage the collective insights to define the product roadmap, positioning, and sales forecast of the premium segment in concert with India and China teams.Go-to-market: Collaborate with multiple internal functional stakeholders to define the go-to-market strategy for the upcoming product launch.Marketing assets review: Support the Digital, Retail, PR and Training teams to review the product related information in all Marketing assets to ensure accuracy and consistency.External stakeholders: Maintain strong relationships with external partners to drive seamless collaboration and industry awareness.Minimum QualificationsGraduation/MBA /B-Tech or EquivalentOverall experience4-5 years in product management, preferably consumer electronics, smartphone, appliance etc.
