Calibration Engineer

Responsibilities:Calibration Program Management: Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive calibration program for all M&TE used in the Nashik facility, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and internal procedures.Calibration Performance: Perform in-house calibration of various instruments and equipment, including but not limited to pressure gauges, temperature sensors, electrical testers, dimensional measuring tools, and analytical instruments.External Calibration Coordination: Coordinate with external calibration laboratories for equipment that cannot be calibrated in-house, ensuring timely scheduling, proper handling, and review of calibration certificates.Calibration Standards Maintenance: Maintain and manage calibration standards, ensuring their traceability to national or international standards and adherence to proper handling and storage procedures.Calibration Procedures Development: Develop and document calibration procedures for various types of M&TE, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and adherence to best practices.Equipment Maintenance and Repair: Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on M&TE. Coordinate repairs with internal maintenance or external service providers as needed.Calibration Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date calibration records, including calibration certificates, history files, and recall schedules, using both manual and electronic systems.Out-of-Tolerance Investigations: Investigate out-of-tolerance conditions identified during calibration, determine the potential impact on product quality, and recommend appropriate corrective actions.Training and Awareness: Provide training to relevant personnel on the proper use, handling, and care of M&TE, utilizing local language where appropriate.Audit Support: Participate in internal and external audits related to the calibration program, providing necessary documentation and explanations.Equipment Acquisition Support: Provide technical input during the Experience 1 - 2 Years No. of Openings 3 Education Higher Secondary, B.E, Any Bachelor Degree Role Calibration Engineer Industry Type Engineering / Cement / Metals Gender ( Male / Female ) Job Country India Type of Job Full Time Work Location Type Work from Office Face interview location Impact HR Services Ravi Chambers Basement, Below Laminate Gallery, Office No 8, Canada Corner
