Location: Bangalore
Responsibilities:
Undertaking engagement with internal stakeholders on material ESG matters in accordance with ESG Strategy.
Exposure to full set ESG including stewardship, governance, and strategy implementation.
Responding to ad hoc client requests for ESG data.
Taking a leading role in managing data and reports of ESG to internal stakeholders, specifically Environment data.
Maintaining an ESG Risk Dashboard. Carrying out ESG and climate/environmental related research to support integration and engagement activities
Preparing ESG Annual Report, BRSR reports
Good to have Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends or patterns.- A curious mind that prefers to go deep to understand details- A positive attitude and team spirit with exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills- Meticulous attention to detail, highly responsive and adaptable and strong organizational skills.- Proficient in data management and analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree; math, statistics or engineering discipline sustainability, environmental science, environmental management, or related field is a plus- 5 or more years of relevant experience; background in Risk Management or Environmental, Social, Governance- Knowledge on SDGs, GHG Protocol ESG policies and targets, BRSR, ECOVADIS, CDP, SBTI
Proficiency working in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
