Job Title : Mendix Lead/Sr DeveloperExperience-6 to 8 yearsLocation- Pan IndiaTechnical/Functional Skills :6+ years in Enterprise application Integration includes providing Solutions, Design, Development/ Support/Maintenance using Mendix 8 and higher version, having hands on experience in user interface design and development with rich experience in handling integration patterns (REST/SOAP/WEB-WSDLExpertise in Mendix internals, Domain Model, Microflows and Nanoflows for native app developmentStrong Hands-on experience Installation, Upgrades and maintaining the mendix cloud nodesStrong experience on resolution during production issues and Performance challenges.Good Expertise in implementing BPM solutions for case Management and process simplification using BPM.Good knowledge of the product including BPM Fundamentals, Architecture Components, Technical Features such as Designer Features, Configurations in Mendix etc.Should have good experience in design and development in MendixExperience developing custom CSS UI Screen, Plugins , Widgets for Mendix.experience in designing the integrations based on SOA, which allows different applications to exchange data with one anotherStrong SOA Knowledge and webservices knowledgeGood experience in BPEL (Business Process Execution language) to create process and flowsGood experience with developing Business Orchestration base interacting with Web services using MendixExperience in using built-in adapters and building customer adaptersExperienced in developing SOA based business integration/process integration solutions using Web Services, XML, JMS, MQ JMS in j BOSS / Mendix Studio Pro 8.* ,9.*environmentExperience in CSS, Java Script, Java DevelopmentFront-end skills in responsive UI, HTML5, CSS3, SASSDatabase Experience with Oracle / My SQLStrong knowledge in Object Oriented conceptsStrong knowledge in design patterns (Service level and data level, Integration and process)Exceptional Communication skillsExperience in IBM BPM, Pega / Appian will be a benefit6+ years of experience in BPM and equivalent products like app dev, singanvio, Biazagi , Pega etcExpert in Mendix configuration files, Performance fine tuningMonitoring Strategy around Mendix.High-Availability, Failover, Disaster Recovery Setup and Tests.Experience with designing Applications in Mendix for Mobile & DesktopImplementation of Mendix Application for Clients.Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy along with the ability to work independently and deliver on business partner goals.Independent as well as team contributor with good communication and presentation skills.Certification in Mendix – Advanced Developer / Expert DeveloperRoles & Responsibilities:Work with project / initiatives team to understand the business requirement.Analyze and identify the impacts to the application / processesPrepare HLD, LLD documents and transition the same to offshore resources.Build business processes using MendixBuild / Consume Webservices as part of the processesBuild mediation modulesBuild / customize adaptersUnit test the processes builtSupport testing of the processesDeploy the processes to test and productionMonitor the performance of the processes in test and productionNeed to work independently on assignments based on specific requirementsCoordinate and communicate with various teams
