Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Promoter Coordinator at Sunburn Union Bengaluru. The Promoter Coordinator will be responsible for managing genre-specific promoter networks, building strong relationships across nightlife communities, and ensuring consistent audience turnout for events. The role involves sharing promotional content, coordinating follow-ups for maximum effectiveness, and tracking footfall and performance metrics on an event-by-event basis.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working with nightlife venues, familiarity with club culture
- Understanding of music genres and nightlife trends
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in tracking event performance metrics (footfall, conversions, ROI)
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Any Bachelor’s degree
