Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
  • Prepare and finalize financial statements, MIS reports, and balance sheets.
  • Handle GST returns, TDS filing, and other statutory compliances accurately and on time.
  • Maintain and operate Tally ERP for accounting transactions.
  • Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure proper documentation of all financial records.
  • Support statutory and internal audits, and coordinate with auditors.
  • Monitor budgets, cash flow, and financial forecasts to ensure smooth operations.
  • Suggest improvements in accounting systems, processes, and internal controls.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA/ICWA preferred but not mandatory).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Accountant in a similar role.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Tally, GST compliance, and TDS filing is mandatory.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting software/tools.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
