The individual will oversee system and network administration, ensuring seamless operations of IT infrastructure. Responsibilities include managing SCCM, Intune, and MDM platforms, maintaining network security, troubleshooting issues, and performing proactive system maintenance. This role also involves developing and updating documentation, monitoring system performance, and collaborating with team members to enhance operational efficiency.QualificationsProficiency in System Administration, SCCM, Intune, and Mobile Device Management (MDM)Expertise in Network Administration, including configuration, monitoring, and maintenanceSolid understanding of Network Security and Information Technology protocolsStrong Troubleshooting skills for resolving system and network-related issuesExcellent analytical, communication, and documentation skillsCertifications such as CCNA, Comp TIA Security+, or equivalent are desirableBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldExperience with compliance standards, such as ISO 27001 or other industry regulations, is an advantage
