Compelling Opportunity for SAP Principal Consultant with SAP Implementation Partner Employment | Immediate Role Overview: SAP Implementation Partner is seeking an accomplished Principal Consultant with over 15-20 years of functional and delivery experience in SAP FI, MM, and PP modules, having strong exposure to presales, solutioning, and client engagement. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership in managing delivery, driving innovation through Fiori, Dashboards/SAC roadmap, and ensuring value-driven solutions aligned with customer business goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end SAP S/4 Hana delivery across Core modules for multiple clients. Detailed Integration Understanding. Engage in presales and solutioning activities, including RFP responses, client demos, and proof of concepts. Heading a team across project manager, handling multiple client deliveries. Understanding Customer BOM and recommending solutions accordingly. Own project portfolio and P&L accountability , ensuring profitability and service excellence. Manage resource planning, augmentation, and skill development to meet project demands. Collaborate with customers to define business needs, conduct fit-gap analysis, and recommend optimal SAP solutions. Work closely with SAP Fiori and SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud) teams to design and deliver dashboards and analytical insights. Drive project governance, quality, and timely delivery through strong program management and stakeholder communication. Mentor and guide consulting teams, ensuring knowledge sharing and skill development. Engage with MNC clients and core industries such as discrete manufacturing and auto ancillary for solution delivery. Act as a trusted advisor to clients by offering strategic insights and leveraging SAP best practices. Required Skills & Expertise: 15+ years of experience in SAP FI/MM/PP with strong understanding of business processes and integration points. Proven delivery management experience in global or large-scale SAP implementations. Hands-on expertise in SAP Fiori, SAC, and dashboarding solutions. Strong functional and solutioning skills with presales exposure. Deep PPFI (Production & Finance Integration) knowledge. Experience working with MNCs and manufacturing sectors (preferably discrete manufacturing and auto ancillary). Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Screening Criteria 15+ years of experience in SAP FI/MM/PP with strong understanding of business processes and integration points. Proven delivery management experience in global or large-scale SAP implementations. Strong functional and solutioning skills with presales exposure Experience working with MNCs Experience working with discrete manufacturing and auto ancillary Deep PPFI (Production & Finance Integration) knowledge Hands-on expertise in SAP Fiori, SAC, and dashboarding solutions.
