Aboutthe Role
UI/UXdesigners contribute to the product development process byunderstanding user needs defining user flows creating wire framesand prototypes designing intuitive interfaces conducting usabilitytesting and iterating on designs based on userfeedback.
Requirements Proficiencyin design tools such as Adobe Photoshop IllustratorFigma.
Understanding of usercentered designprinciples
Knowledge of interaction design and usabilityprinciples
Ability to create wireframes prototypes andmockups
Ability to create responsive designs for variousdevices
Creativity and innovation in designsolutions
Strong visual design skills includingtypography color theory and layout
Experience conductinguser research and usability testing
Effectivecommunication and collaboration skills
Knowledge ofcurrent design trends and best practices
Effective timemanagement and collaboration with teammembers
