Company Description

We specialize in helping our clients to increase their online revenue by implementing CRO methodology and related services such as AB Testing, Mobile Optimization, Conversion Focused Redesign, Landing Page Optimization, and more.
Experience : 6 Years
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (including ES6+), and PHP.
Expertise in building custom WordPress themes and plugins from scratch, using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
Experience with version control systems such as Git.
Strong understanding of web performance optimization techniques and SEO best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and clients.
Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Vue.js) is a plus.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) is preferred.
Responsibilities
Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins from scratch, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.
Collaborate with designers to translate design mockups into responsive, pixel-perfect WordPress themes.
Optimize website performance and user experience through code optimization, caching techniques, and performance tuning.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices.
Integrate third-party APIs and services into WordPress websites, such as payment gateways, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
Troubleshoot and debug issues across various browsers, devices, and operating systems.
Stay up-to-date with the latest WordPress trends, technologies, and best practices, and propose innovative solutions to improve our development processes.
Mentor junior developers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to foster their growth and development.
