Location: Bangalore
Compensation: ₹6–₹7 LPA
Role Overview
Dayananda Sagar University’s Centre for Distance and Online Education (CDOE) is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sr. Admissions Counselor / Admissions Counselor to manage and drive student enrollments for our Online Degree Programs. This is a target-oriented role that requires exceptional communication skills, the ability to build strong student relationships, and a proactive approach to meeting enrollment objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students on Online Degree Programs, admission processes, and career opportunities.
Follow up on student inquiries and leads generated through various channels.
Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets assigned by the management.
Conduct regular follow-ups with potential students to convert inquiries into enrollments.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of student interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with program promotions.
Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and student preferences.
Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports on lead performance and target achievements.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for enrolled students.
Qualifications and Skills
Education:
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s in Business Administration or related field preferred).
Experience:
2–5 years of experience in admissions, counseling, or education sales.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.
Personality Traits:
Self-motivated and result-oriented.
Organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
Adaptable to a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
