Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Flutter Developer with strong expertise in Firebase, Supabase, databases, and web coding, along with deep knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI). The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, optimizing, and scaling mobile applications with modern cloud integrations and AI-powered features.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter (Dart).
  • Integrate and manage backend services using Firebase and Supabase (authentication, database, cloud functions, storage, real-time updates).
  • Implement efficient database structures and queries (SQL & NoSQL).
  • Build responsive and secure web coding modules that integrate seamlessly with mobile apps.
  • Develop and integrate AI/ML models into mobile apps for real-time predictions, personalization, chatbots, and other intelligent features.
  • Ensure application scalability, performance, and security.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in AI, Flutter, and cloud services to drive innovation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Flutter mobile app development.
  • Strong knowledge of Firebase (Firestore, Auth, Functions, Messaging) and Supabase (Postgres, Auth, Storage, APIs).
  • Experience with databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Firestore.
  • Strong knowledge of web coding (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, APIs).
  • Hands-on experience in AI/ML development (TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI, LangChain, or related libraries).
  • Experience with API integration and REST/GraphQL services.
  • Good understanding of app security, performance optimization, and clean architecture (BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, MVVM, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience in AI-driven chatbots, recommendation systems, NLP, or computer vision projects.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Contribution to open-source projects or personal AI/Flutter projects.
