Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as a

Master Class Faculty (Supply Chain Operations)

for our Strategic Management Course. Our supply chain operations module focuses on sharing best practices and practical insights in supply chain and operations management in dynamic business world today.

We are looking for professional who has worked in and/ or understands Supply Chain Operations in eCommerce and Quick Commerce sectors. Having some experience of service operations management in large scale BPO, call centers or global capability centers would be added advantage.

The successful candidate will bring a wealth of industry experience and a passion for teaching to help our strategic management understand best practices in Supply Chain and Operations.

Responsibilities:

Design and Deliver Engaging Classes:

Create and deliver high-impact, engaging online classes on Supply Chain Operations to mid-senior level working executives.Industry Insights:

Provide students with practical insights and real-world examples from your experience in the eCommerce and quick commerce industries.

Qualifications:

Industry Experience:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Operations, with significant experience working in eCommerce or quick commerce companies such as Amazon, Delhivery, Zomato, Blinkit, Swiggy, Instamart, or similar.Educational Background:

MBA or advanced training in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or a related field is preferred.Understanding of Industry Practices:

In-depth understanding of how supply chain and operations are managed in eCommerce and quick commerce companies.Best Practices Knowledge:

Sense of best practices in supply chain and service companies operations management.Teaching Experience:

Previous experience in teaching or training is highly desirable.Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.Technological Proficiency:

Comfortable using online teaching platforms ie Zoom etc to deliver virtual classes.
