Job Description: The FRP Production Engineer is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the production process for FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) products. They will lead a team of workers, ensuring that production targets are met efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FRP manufacturing and possess excellent leadership and organizational skills. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement production plans. - Coordinate and monitor all production activities, such as material sourcing, product assembly, and quality control. - Manage and optimize production schedules to meet customer delivery deadlines while maintaining high product quality standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and procurement, to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the production process. - Monitor and analyze production data, such as productivity, costs, and inventory levels, to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate strategies. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of workplace safety among production staff. - Train and develop workers, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance. - Continuously evaluate and improve production processes, implementing lean manufacturing principles to increase efficiency and reduce waste. - Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in FRP production techniques, recommending and implementing innovative solutions to enhance productivity and quality. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in handling Production

- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools - Strong knowledge of naval architecture principles, regulations, and industry standards - Strong communication and teamwork abilities - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
