Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate Robotics Trainer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and a solid understanding of the K-12 curriculum, specifically in STEM education. This role requires expertise in robotics, programming languages and a commitment to fostering a love of learning in young minds.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement engaging robotics and programming lessons for K-12 students, utilizing tools such as lego, MIT LAB, APP Development, Scratch and Arduino.
Demonstrate proficiency in at least one programming language, with a preference for Python. Knowledge of other languages like C,C++,JavaScript is a plus.
Provide a hands-on learning experience in both frontend and backend development as it relates to robotics projects.
Participate in and possibly lead students through robotics competitions such as FIRST LEGO League (FLL) and other similar events.
Continuously update and refine curriculum based on the latest trends in robotics and STEM education.
Encourage creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork among students.
Remain open to learning and integrating new technologies and methodologies into the curriculum.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in teaching or working with children in a robotics or programming capacity will be preferred.
Strong understanding of the K-12 curriculum, especially in relation to STEM education.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new teaching methodologies and technologies.
