Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Assistant located in Jaisalmer. The Store Assistant will handle day-to-day tasks including managing inventory, assisting customers, ensuring the store is organized and presentable, and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, the Store Assistant will support retail sales operations and participate in training initiatives to improve store performance.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Retail Sales and Organization skills
  • Ability to train and support team members
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in the hospitality or retail industry is a plus
  • Basic computer skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
