Investment Banking Jr Analyst-Qualified CA (ICAI)/CA (Inter)
Location: Delhi (South Ext), Work from Office
Experience: CA Intermediate qualified/CA fresher
Role Overview:
Support frontline Investment Banking teams in deal executional from financial analysis and modelling to pitch preparation and client-facing materials.
Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in building Excel-based financial models (DCF, comparable, LBO) and drafting valuation reports
  • Conduct market research, industry benchmarking, and support pitchbook and teaser creation.
  • Help prepare data rooms, and documentation for M&A and fund-raising transactions.
  • Assist with due diligence on financials, cash flows, ratios, working capital, and capex.
  • Support compliance tasks like SEBI filings, regulatory checklists, and document management.
  • Collaborate with SMEs, auditors, and legal reviewers under supervision.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Passed CA Intermediate both groups/ Qualified CA (ICAI)
  • Strong Excel modelling skills and familiarity with finance concepts.
  • Sound knowledge of financial statements, accounting standards, and corporate finance.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and effective communication.

Preferred

  • Internship or traineeship in audit, FDD, transaction advisory, or previous finance-related roles.
  • Familiarity with valuation tools and experience applying them in academic or practical settings.
  • Exposure to capital markets (ECM/DCM), private equity, or bulgebracket/boutique IB transactions.
