We are seeking an experienced and visionary AI Architect to lead Generative AI development services at Quali Zeal. This individual will define the technical architecture, design principles, and governance models for all Gen AI-related initiatives, including our flagship platform QMentis AI and enterprise-grade AI solutions for clients.The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in software architecture, AI/ML platforms, and enterprise integrations, combined with a strong understanding of RAG, MCP (Model Context Protocol), and agentic AI frameworks (Lang Chain, Lang Graph, Llama Index, etc.). This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance innovation with scalability, performance, and compliance while mentoring teams and aligning solutions with business objectives.ResponsibilitiesArchitecture & Design· Define end-to-end architecture for Gen AI applications, platforms, and services, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.· Establish reference architectures, patterns, and frameworks for integrating LLMs into enterprise applications.· Drive adoption of RAG architectures, agentic frameworks (Lang Chain, Lang Graph), and MCP for context-driven AI solutions.· Architect multi-cloud and hybrid AI deployments, leveraging Azure, AWS, or GCP.· Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and responsible AI guidelines.Technology Leadership· Serve as the technical authority for QMentis AI and other AI platforms.· Evaluate, recommend, and integrate emerging Gen AI tools, libraries, and frameworks.· Define best practices for LLM fine-tuning, embeddings, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Azure Cognitive Search).· Collaborate with Product Owners and Solution Architects to ensure AI architecture aligns with enterprise QE workflows.· Partner with UI/UX teams to enable seamless AI-driven user experiences.Delivery & Governance· Guide multiple development squads in Agile/Dev Ops environments.· Define coding standards, quality gates, and MLOps practices for AI development.· Own AI architecture governance, ensuring consistency across projects.· Provide architectural oversight for integration with enterprise systems (JIRA, ADO, SAP, Git Hub, Confluence, etc.).Innovation & Mentoring· Lead the AI Center of Excellence (Co E) within Quali Zeal.· Mentor engineers and developers in Gen AI development, cloud-native design, and advanced architectural practices.· Drive POCs, prototypes, and accelerators to validate emerging technologies for client use cases.· Represent Quali Zeal in client discussions, conferences, and thought leadership initiatives on Gen AI in Quality Engineering.QualificationsBachelor's degree in architecture10+ years of professional experience in software development and architecture.At least 3–5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.Proven track record of architecting and delivering enterprise-scale AI platforms.
