Job Summary:

Mastroke is seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and an enthusiastic individual who can tackle HR challenges, enhance our workplace culture, and contribute to the growth of our company. You will play a crucial role in all aspects of HR

management, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, compliance, and benefits administration.


Responsibilities

● Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business

strategy.

● Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.

● Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement,

motivation, and preservation of human capital.

● Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

● Maintain a pay plan and benefits program, assessing their competitiveness and

ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

● Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management, keeping up with

changes in employment legislation.

● Nurture a positive working environment by developing strong employer-employee

relationships and promoting company values.

● Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and other HR issues confidentially

and sensitively.

● Conduct and analyze exit interviews, making recommendations for improvements.

● Provide decision support through HR metrics and data analytics.

● Coordinate with management and employees to improve work relationships, build

morale, and increase productivity and retention.

● Staying updated on current industry trends and best practices in HR

management.

● Assisting in the planning and execution of company events.

● Ensuring the smooth functioning of the office daily.

Required skills and qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

● Proven working experience as an HR Generalist (1-3 years preferred).

● Deep understanding of all HR functions and best practices.

● Knowledge of HR systems and databases.

● Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels

of the company.

● In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.

● Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

● Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.

● People-oriented and results-driven.

● Additional HR training or certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) will be a plus.
