Accountant – Remote
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Accountant to manage financial transactions, bookkeeping, reconciliations, and reporting in a fast-paced FinTech environment. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in accounting, with proficiency in financial software and compliance management. This role requires strong analytical skills and a process-driven approach to ensure accurate financial records and seamless financial operations.

Location: India (Remote)
Roles and Responsibilities:
Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
Support accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions.
Assist in invoice processing, vendor payments, and customer collections.
Conduct bank and payment gateway reconciliations.
Assist in tax compliance (GST, TDS, VAT) and maintain financial records.
Prepare basic financial statements and MIS reports.
Support month-end and year-end financial closing.
Collaborate with finance teams on invoice discrepancies and payment tracking.
Work on financial software (Zoho Books, Tally ERP) for data entry and report generation.
Assist in audit preparations and compliance documentation.
Role Requirements:
Commerce Graduate (B.Com, M.Com).
1-3 years of experience in accounting and financial operations.
Familiarity with Zoho Books, Tally ERP, and invoicing tools.
Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
Good analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (Work from Home)
Salary: ₹4 LPA
