We are seeking an experienced Senior DBT Technical lead to be part of our upcoming data data initiatives. This role requires deep expertise in dbt, cloud data platforms, and complex ETL/ELT pipeline development, should be able to lead the project technically actively contributing to Design and Development.Experience and Skillset• 9 to 18 years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or related field• 4.5+ years of hands-on experience with dbt (data build tool) including dbt Cloud and dbt Core• Expert-level proficiency in dbt development including macros, tests, documentation, and deployment strategies• Advanced SQL skills with experience in query optimization and performance tuning• 2+ years of experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) data services including BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, and Cloud Composer• Prefer Experience with real-time data processing (Kafka, Pub/Sub, Dataflow)• Extensive ETL/ELT background with modern data stack tools (Spark, Scala, Pyspark/Databricks etc) and/or traditional ETL tools – Informatica BDM• Experience with data orchestration tools (Airflow,)• Proficiency in Python for data pipeline development and automation• Good Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and data vault
