KeyResponsibilities

Monitorand maintain existing PostgreSQL Server Database. Identify andaddress performance issues in coordination with business.

Monitor and maintain existing Linux platform.

Ensuring platform are regularly patched and upgraded asper organization standards.

Good problemsolvingskills.

Good knowledge in Change ManagementIncident Management Root Cause Analysis.

Ensureto follow Organization Standards & Processes and adherence tocompliance of all internal controls.

Workexperience in Agile Model Kanban Jira Confluence.

Contribute to Automation Initiatives.

To be successful in this role you should meetthe following requirements:

Must have:

Handson experience on working with Linux environment like O/Sunderstanding Linux/Shell commands etc..

Handson experience on working with PostgreSQL environment like writingPostgreSQL Schema and User permissions User Management activitiesin PostgreSQL like to create/modify/delete Users.

Hands on experience in IAM related activities likeUser/Roles/Group/Permissions

Good understandingof Active Directory (AD) Group integration and mapping AD groups todatabases in PostgreSQL

Excellent Communicationand Interpretation Skills.

The platform hasvariety of tools and candidate should have ability to diagnose theissue by own or engage relevant members to identify andresolution.

Comfortable working in flexibleenvironment.

Good to have:

Knowledge on schedulingtools like ControlM

Should be well versed withITIL concepts and more specific understanding of Service operationsactivities.

Relevant DevOps toolknowledge.

Review update and execute servicerecovery procedures at set intervals with help of infrastructureadmins.
