Job Overview:


We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer with expertise in AWS cloud technologies to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy scalable, reliable, and high-performance applications using Java and AWS services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our applications are optimized for cloud environments, ensuring seamless performance and robust scalability.


Key Responsibilities:


Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications that run on AWS cloud infrastructure, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.


AWS Integration: Leverage AWS services (such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, SQS, SNS, CloudFormation, etc.) to design cloud-native solutions and integrate them with existing systems.


Cloud Architecture: Collaborate with the architecture team to design and implement cloud-based architectures using best practices for scalability, cost-efficiency, and security.


Code Quality & Best Practices: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices and coding standards. Perform unit and integration testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.


CI/CD Pipelines: Set up and manage continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for automated testing and deployment on AWS infrastructure.


Security & Compliance: Implement security best practices for AWS environments, including identity and access management (IAM), encryption, and compliance requirements.


Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose and resolve issues related to application performance, cloud resources, and infrastructure. Provide support and maintenance for production environments.


Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with product managers, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with business goals.


Required Qualifications:


Experience: 5+ years of experience in Java application development and 5+ years of hands-on experience working with AWS services.


Java Expertise: Strong proficiency in Java, including knowledge of core libraries, frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.), and object-oriented programming principles.


AWS Services: Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, SQS, and CloudFormation.


Cloud Development: Experience in building and deploying scalable cloud-based applications, implementing microservices architecture, and using serverless technologies.


CI/CD & DevOps: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation tools (Jenkins, GitLab, etc.), and version control systems (Git).


Database Knowledge: Proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, etc.).


Security Best Practices: Knowledge of cloud security practices, including IAM roles and policies, data encryption, and vulnerability management.


Preferred Qualifications:


Certifications: AWS Certified Developer - Associate or other relevant AWS certifications.


Additional Skills: Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, or ECS.


Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile development environments (Scrum, Kanban).


Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on finding practical solutions
