Job Description We are seeking a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our Power & Distribution Transformer division. The role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets through proactive communication and technical understanding of transformer products. Key Responsibilities • Identify and develop new business opportunities in power and distribution transformer sales. • Handle inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups with clients to close sales. • Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients, EPC contractors, and dealers. • Collaborate with the technical and production teams to ensure timely order execution. • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback for management review. • Attend industry exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings to promote products. • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or any related field. • 1–2 years of experience in sales preferred; freshers with strong communication skills may apply. • Understanding of electrical products, transformers, or power systems is an advantage. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and ready to travel for client visits.
