Senior Application development lead - Senior Manager

We're looking for top technical talent to join our team and deliver creative technology solutions that help us be an end-to-end, next-generation financial servicespany.Join us if you want to grow your technical skills, solve real problems and make your mark on our industry.What you will be responsible forAs a Development Lead you willAssist, from a technical standpoint, in the implementation of a DataModel for Enterprise Data Platform servicing F2B clients.Design& Development of scalable applications involving cloud-based infrastructure(Azure/Snowflake/Python/Cosmos DB/Databricks).Solid understanding of the Software as a Service (SaaS) model in the online environment.Experience as an applications programmer on large-scale data base management systems.Strong Programming knowledge in writing SQL queries/Stored Procedures, advanced cursors, functions, packages for Oracle Server or any another Relational Databases(Oracle/SQL Sever).Experience with Microservices - API/Event Driven Architecture/DevelopmentRelease Engineering automation for code distribution to different client regions/instances.Exposure to working in Financial services; front- or middle-office, or fund management business areas ideal.Experience dealing with users or clients from either a technical or business area. Desire to work in Client facing environment.Production support COB/SOB processing of accounting data, regulatory, client statement, and new client feed generation.Install, configure and test software; problem investigation; database configuration, tracing and performance analysis.Address data issues , environment issues ,performing impact analysis , root cause analysis , corrective, adaptive and perfective maintenance.

Experience required in:Bachelor's degree or its equivalent inputer Science or related experience.Minimum 15+ years of development experience with Database management systems, PL/SQL.Working well with onshore and offshore team members in Agile environment.Good knowledge and experience working with CI/CD pipeline.Experience working in public Cloud environments like Azure/AWS/Snowflake/Databricks..What we valueThese skills will help you succeed in this role:Strong written and verbalmunication skills.Strong partnership and relationship building skills.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong problem-solving ability

Education & Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree inputer science or a related field.15+ years of application programming language for large-scale data base management systemsCandidate should possess a strong knowledge in requirements gathering, development, testing and support cycles of database SDLC areas and its underlying data modeling concepts.Experience with databases such as Oracle.Experience with cloud-based platforms such as AWS or Private Cloud Platforms.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Strongmunication and collaboration skills.The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyExperience in Agile PracticesStrong written and verbalmunication skills.Strong partnership and relationship building skills.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detailJob ID R-748084
