Please find below the brief details of the requirement for your sourcing support:Position: Assistant Operations Manager- 1 NoDepartment: Mobile Repair OperationsLocation: Bangalore PeenyaSalary- 6-8 LPAKey Responsibilities:Operational OversightManage day-to-day operations to ensure seamless execution across all functional teams.Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency and efficiency.Monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and implement improvement strategies.Workflow OptimizationIdentify inefficiencies in current processes and lead initiatives for automation, lean practices, or workflow redesign.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve turnaround time.Resource & Capacity ManagementPlan and allocate manpower, equipment, and other resources to meet operational demands.Forecast workload and ensure resource availability to avoid bottlenecks.Quality & ComplianceEnsure all operational activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to maintain service excellence.Enforce workplace safety measures and promote a culture of continuous improvement.Reporting & AnalysisGenerate and present reports on operational performance, resource utilization, cost efficiency, and risk areas.Provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.Team LeadershipLead, mentor, and manage departmental teams to foster a high-performance culture.Conduct regular team reviews, set performance goals, and support professional development.Required Skills & Qualifications:Diploma Or BE /B Tech in Electronics.Experience in handling high-volume mobile repair & refurbishment operations.Having good experience in mobile parts sourcing5–8 years of experience in multi-brand mobile repair operations or service delivery managementStrong leadership and problem-solving skills.Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication abilities.Proficiency in operations management tools, ERP systems, and reporting dashboards.Preferred Skills:Lean Six Sigma or PMP certification.Experience in managing high-volume operations.Familiarity with safety and compliance regulations relevant to the industry.
