Title: Real Estate Telemarketer/sales assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and schedule appointments for real estate agents.
  • Qualify leads based on their interest and potential to buy or sell properties.
  • Provide information about real estate services, properties, and market conditions.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads and clients to nurture relationships and drive sales.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align on lead quality and conversion strategies.

Qualifications:

  • diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in real estate fresher also can apply.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and overcome resistance.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and telemarketing tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
