Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to join our team for an exciting project. As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions for our clients using Salesforce Health Cloud and other primary clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that meet business requirements, while also ensuring scalability and optimal performance. If you are a Salesforce expert with a passion for innovation, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Design and implement solutions that meet business requirements using Salesforce Health Cloud and other primary clouds Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalability and optimal performance of solutions Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, data models, and technical specifications Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards Identify and troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolution

Requirements

Minimum 12 to 16 years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field Expert knowledge in Salesforce Health Cloud and other primary clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud Experience in developing Lightning Web Components (LWC)  Knowledge of Lighting Aura Experience with custom sharing and sharing calculations for the large volume of data Strong understanding of asynchronous Apex, integrations, and app exchange package development Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English at a B2+ level
