Company Description.In Manufacturing of Products Pvc,Cpvc,Agri Pipes fittings and Water Tanks. Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Regional Sales Head at Atul Pumps Pvt Ltd Agra. The Regional Sales Head will be responsible for managing and overseeing the sales operations in the assigned region for our Products Pvc,Cpvc,Agri Pipes fittings and Water Tanks.They will develop and execute sales strategies, build and maintain relationships with key customers, analyze market trends, and collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets. This role is based in Agra with flexibility for work with a base at your home town. Qualifications Proven experience in sales management and achieving sales targetsExcellent leadership and team management skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesEffective communication and negotiation skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with key customersIn-depth knowledge of the region's market trends and competitorsBachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or a related fieldProficiency in using CRM software and other sales toolsWillingness to travel within the assigned region
