Shree Projects is a Lucknow-based Solar Installation, HVAC and Infra firm delivering high-quality commercial and residential projects across UP. We value discipline, results and clean execution — we want an intern who can run paid campaigns that produce measurable leads.

Job Title: Social Media Intern — Performance Ads (Google + Meta)
Internship: (On-site/Hybrid)
Stipend: Competitive

Role:
Hands-on intern to plan, run and optimise Google & Meta paid campaigns end-to-end — MUST execute independently.

Key duties:
1. Launch & manage Google (Search/Display/PMax) and Meta (FB/IG/YT) campaigns.
2. Create ad copy + simple creatives, set up Pixel/GTM/UTMs, monitor KPIs and optimise for leads.
3. Report weekly, run A/B tests, manage budgets.

Non-negotiable requirements:
* Prior internship experience in paid social/search (must).
* Proven hands-on Google Ads + Meta Ads experience.
* Can install/troubleshoot Meta Pixel & GA4/GTM.
* Comfortable building creatives (Canva/Photoshop) and basic video edits.
* Independent, data-driven, professional.
