We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting and financial tasks in an automobile company. The ideal candidate will handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, tax filings, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Payable/Receivable:
  • Process vendor invoices, payments, and customer collections.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Ensure timely billing to customers and dealers.
  • General Ledger Maintenance:
  • Post and process journal entries to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly/quarterly financial statements.
  • Bank Reconciliation:
  • Perform regular bank, cash, and credit card reconciliations.
  • Inventory Accounting:
  • Coordinate with the inventory team to verify stock entries and related costs.
  • Ensure proper accounting of vehicle purchases and sales.
  • Taxation & Compliance:
  • Prepare GST returns, TDS filings, and support in statutory audits.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable tax laws and regulations.
  • MIS Reporting:
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for management.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹22,000.00 per month
