We are looking to onboard a Semi Qualified CS who will be responsible for end-to-end company secretary work

What will be your key responsibilities?

Transaction support for fundraising (private placements/ right issues)Maintain secretarial records (Notice Agenda/Minutes/Registers/Annual Disclosures)Incorporation and strike off of Companies and LLPESOP ComplianceKnowledge of FEMA ComplianceDevelop compliance processes to ensure smooth functioningStay abreast with changes in the legal and regulatory landscapeMaintain and update policies based on changes in industry regulationsAdvice clients on risks from a compliance perspective with active solutionsClient Management

What are the key requirements for the role?

Semi Qualified Company Secretary with a minimum of 2 years of experienceAbility and willingness to work in a fast-paced and growing organizationSmart and Multitasker with a pure leadership qualityProblem-solving approach toward the tasksStart-up experience will be an added advantageLeadership and team management
