About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Lane Incharge / Supervisor to manage and oversee operations for every 2 lanes per shift. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in automobile repair and maintenance, along with hands-on supervisory skills to ensure smooth workflow, compliance, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day lane operations (1 Incharge for every 2 lanes per shift).
• Monitor vehicle inspection, repair, and maintenance activities.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies.
• Provide technical guidance and support to technicians and workers.
• Maintain accurate records of operations, inspections, and reports.
• Coordinate with management for smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to equipment, vehicles, or operations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma in Motor Mechanics / Mechanical / Automotive / Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in automobile repair and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle inspection procedures and repair techniques.
• Ability to lead a team and manage operations effectively.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
