With 25 years of being private, bootstrapped and profitable, we understand what it takes to run a sustainable, resilient business.Role: System AdministratorWork Location: NagpurWork Experience: 2 5 yearsRequirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in a Linux environment with the following skills:Installation, configuration, and hardening of Linux operating systemsConfiguration of various daemons such as NFS, Samba, print server, Apache, cron jobs, iptables, LVM, and RAIDPackage installation in LinuxPerformance troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and resolve slowness issues at both the application and hardware levelsBasic knowledge of hardware and software-based storage solutionsHardware evaluation: Assess new hardware and recommend its appropriate use based on organizational needsBasic knowledge of computer hardware and networking, including troubleshooting and understanding of latest hardware technologiesKnowledge of Windows environment for basic installation and client-level troubleshootingKnowledge of virtualization environmentsTicketing system experience: Proficient in using ticketing tools and meeting service level agreements (SLAs) for timely ticket resolutionTraining and travel flexibility: Willing to participate in training at headquarters and attend calls from headquartersLanguage skills: Fluency in Hindi and EnglishLocation: Preference for residing near the company offices
