Roles & Responsibilities:
Excellent communication and Non IT recruitment especially Blue collars like machine operators, technicians, Electricians etc.
Manage day-to-day HR operations in the manufacturing unit
Handle statutory compliance: ESI, PF, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.
Maintain employee records, attendance, shift management
Coordinate recruitment for shopfloor and support staff
Ensure smooth onboarding, exit, and grievance handling
Liaise with govt departments and audit teams
Preferred:
Knowledge of Kannada
Exposure to Factories Act and Labour Laws
