Business Analyst - QA

The Team:

Quality Assurance team is comprised of three teams (manual, automation and BA

testing teams)  working together to achieve  comprehensive testing to

 validate GUI features in Enfusion applications. The three teams work together to 

deliver regression and functional testing through manual testing and automation.

The Role:

We are currently looking for a QA, Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will develop and document testing for a better understanding of how customers use features within Enfusion applications either outlined in requirements or identified as features, bugs and/or enhancements in the applications developed. 

What You’ll Do:

The job involves the following responsibilities:

  • Liaison between QA Testers, Product Team, and Developers. 
  • Work with Product and Developers to understand trading/market data from Product and development perspective, read JIRAs for customer perspective for new features, client workflows and functionality. 
  • Determine gaps between bugs, enhancements, and new features. Decompose customer feature requests where more information is needed from Product and have discussions between QA and Product. 
  • Document testing needed by QA team and deliver information to the teams from Product and Development. 
  • Learn how features work within Enfusion Application; work with PD and Dev team to ensure test case coverage is maintained; review written test cases for completeness.

What You’ll Need:

To be successful in this role, you should have the following:

  • 10-12 years experience QA experience
  • 10 years working with manual and automated QA teams
  • 8+ years BA experience 
  • 8+ years experience working on capital market team 
  • 8+ years using JIRA
  • 8 years determining test coverage and creating testing metrics
  • 5+ years managing QA product backlog 
  • 5 years experience working on Product driven environment
  • 5 experience using TestRail
  • Function as a bridge between QA and Product teams
  • Good understanding of UI applications for testing desktop/web/mobile applications
  • Ability to determine issues from bugs and having the ability to communicate with technical teams
  • Experience decomposing requirements and determining where breaks in process exist
  • Experience using Confluence
