Position Overview :

- We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer who will play a crucial role in shaping the visual and interactive aspects of our digital products. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful design projects, along with a proven track record of creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.

Responsibilities :

User Research and Analysis :

- Conduct user research to understand target audience needs and preferences.

- Analyse data and feedback to inform design decisions and improvements.

UX Design :

- Develop user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to illustrate design concepts.

- Create visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces that align with brand aesthetics.

- Ensure seamless navigation and interaction through intuitive design solutions.

Collaboration :

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to align design goals with business objectives.

Usability Testing :

- Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.

- Analyse user testing results to make data-driven design decisions.

Stay Updated on Design Trends :

- Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices.

- Implement new and innovative design techniques to enhance user experiences.

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX Design, Interaction design or Product design or any related field.

Experience : Proven experience as a UX Designer or Product designer with a minimum of 4 years of full-time experience.

- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of successful Product design projects.

Skills :

- Extremely proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch amongst others

- Solid understanding of user-centric design principles.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Additional Skills (Preferred) :

- Experience with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
