Quality Leader to spearhead strategic quality initiatives across global tax (internal and external) and corporate operations within the COO organization. This high-impact role will drive governance, compliance, and continuous improvement programs, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory adherence, and measurable cost efficiencies.

This position is best suited for a professional from a BPO or consulting background—someone who thrives in complex, matrixed environments and brings deep expertise in quality frameworks, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. Candidates with extensive technology or GCC-only experience may not be the ideal fit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Quality Leadership:
  • Define and execute a comprehensive quality strategy for tax and corporate functions, aligned with organizational goals and global standards.
  • Governance & Compliance:
  • Establish robust governance models and quality frameworks to ensure consistency, compliance, and risk mitigation across geographies.
  • Executive Advisory:
  • Act as a senior advisor to leadership on quality, regulatory, and risk-related matters, influencing decision-making at the highest levels.
  • Operational Excellence & Cost Optimization:
  • Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and delivering cost savings across operations.
  • Technology Enablement:
  • Evaluate and implement quality tools and technologies to improve accuracy, scalability, and reporting capabilities.
  • Global Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders across tax, legal, finance, and IT functions—preferably with experience engaging teams in the US and UK.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership:
  • Lead quality councils and working groups to foster alignment, share best practices, and embed a culture of excellence.

Ideal Profile

  • 15+ years of experience in quality assurance, corporate governance, or tax operations within a consulting or BPO environment.
  • Proven track record of leading global quality programs in IT consulting or professional services.
  • Strong understanding of international tax regulations, corporate compliance, and enterprise risk frameworks.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills across diverse geographies and functions.
