Implement and support the SAP SuccessFactors Employee central. Define business requirements and perform fit gap analysis between client requirement and standard SuccessFactors solution. Hands on all the data models and excellent knowledge of xml. System configuration in accordance with solution design & configuration workbook/Business Blueprint. Help Client understand alternatives for System configuration and design. Defining Company structure, Data models, Business Rules, Permission Management experience in integrating SAP EC with HRIS & payroll systems Strong Learning ability- Agility and wiliness to acquire new competencies and adapt quickly to new tasks and environment. Must have SuccessFactors certification in EC module Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good-to-Have Good to have Onboarding 2.0 knowledge and Employee central. Integration knowledge will be an extra add on.
