Requirements:Experience in Web hosting support /Server administrationGood Linux knowledge is a mustRHCE Certification is an added advantage.Key Skills Required: Web Hosting, Linux, CPanel, Qmail, FTP, Openvz, DNS, PLESK, Apache, AWS

Roles & Responsibilities:The responsibilities include but are not limited to:Provide live support for customers all over the world.Provide basic customer support through the ticketing system.Assurance of meeting our uptime SLAProblem-solving, and critical thinking for complex issuesProvide Proactive Server Maintenance and HardeningImplementing new technologies to improve efficiency and maximise performanceCreating systems to expedite efficiency in day-to-day processes

Preferred Skills:Excellent Communication Skills in English (Written).Expert Knowledge in Web Hosting Control Panels like cPanel, Plesk, and Direct Admin.Hands-on experience in Bare Linux Servers and working knowledge in Mail Servers.Well-versed in different Web servers such as Apache, and Nginx.Virtualization knowledge such as OpenVZ, Xen Server, KVM, and Cloud.Excellent knowledge of Server Tweaking, Hardening.Skillset to handle Disaster Recovery Procedures, Spamming, DDoS, and Hacking Issues.Experience in VMware and AWS Google cloud preferred for senior roles.Excellent knowledge in Hosting Control Panels.Excellent Knowledge on a Web server, Mail server, DNS, FTP, and SSH (Thorough knowledge on Apache and DNS will fetch you the job)Good Team player - Able to work independently in 3 shifts to provide 24X 7 customer support worldwide.Provide Proactive Server Maintenance and HardeningMonitor NOC for security and performanceTo Provide server support for retail and enterprise customers through different channelsPlan and build cloud servers anticipating customer resource utilization.
