Nurse Educator

Role & responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and deliver nursing education programs, workshops, and training sessions.
• Conduct orientation programs for new nursing staff and interns.
• Collaborate with clinical departments to identify training needs and skill gaps.
• Ensure compliance with NABH and other clinical accreditation standards through education.
• Maintain and update nursing education materials and curriculum.
• Organize and lead simulation-based clinical training sessions.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and learner outcomes.
• Provide support for continuing education and professional development of nurses.

Preferred candidate profile

• 3-8 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a training or education role.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and clinical instruction methods.
• Experience with NABH tstandards and nurse training documentation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Certified in BLS/ACLS and other clinical competencies is a plus.
