Role:
Visual Designer

We are looking for a visual designer who will join our design team and take responsibility to create digital & print assets for our clients. You will brainstorm and collaborate on brand projects and contribute to the creation of brand experiences for the clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing marketing materials: Creating designs for marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, hoardings, and digital ads that effectively communicate the client's message and brand identity.
  • Creating visual identities: Developing and refining visual identities for brands, including logos, colour palettes, and typography.
  • Creating social content: Creating grids, statics, stories and reels for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other digital platforms, ensuring that they are visually appealing and user-friendly.
  • Client management: Managing client relationships, understanding their needs and objectives, and ensuring that the agency's design work meets their expectations.
  • Presenting design concepts: Presenting design concepts and ideas to clients and other stakeholders, explaining the rationale behind design decisions and responding to feedback.
  • Staying up to date with design trends: Keeping up to date with the latest design trends and technologies and incorporating them into design work where appropriate.
  • Maintaining design standards: Maintaining high standards of design quality, ensuring that all designs are visually appealing, effective, and meet the client's objectives.
  • Working with other verticals: Collaborating with other team members such as copywriters, strategists, and social media managers to to deliver content assets that are coherent with our brand voice and strategy.
  • Client pitches: Contribute your unique visual lens in brainstorms for a variety of brands; help us deliver creative, unique materials for both existing clients and new opportunities.

Programs and Skills Necessary:

  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite & Canva
  • Hands on experience with social media, branding, typography, web design, photo editing, video editing
  • 1-2 years of graphic design experience supported by a portfolio that demonstrates a track record of delivering thoughtful, elevated and considered designs
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant education in visual communication or graphic design
  • Knowledge of online (including social media) capabilities in harmony with traditional media
  • Proven ability to multi-task between design responsibilities while maintaining the brand vision for all assigned projects through client delivery
