Commercial Banking (CB) serves more than 30,000 clients, including corporations, municipalities, financial institutions, and not-for-profit entities with annual revenues generally ranging from $20 million to $2 billion. The Firm's broad platform positions the Commercial Bank to deliver extensive product capabilities - lending, treasury services, investment banking, and asset management - to meet our clients' domestic and international financial needs.

The Digital Data & Product group is responsible for ensuring that the Commercial Bank’s Business Process tool investments result in better client experience, internal process efficiencies and leverage data to provide client insights and opportunities. The Product Owner will work on enhancing the existing tool as well as partner with Product owner of applications to understand the requirement from the business and then work with technology to implement the requirements. The Product Owner will be responsible for supporting many Data Steward tasks related to data glossary, lineage, quality and perform Data Product Owner responsibilities for the Commercial Banking Data Catalog tool Data Census. The candidate will also provide requirements, definition, documentation, and testing support for the toolset as functionality matures and will assist LOB Information Owners with best practices and training .

Core Responsibilities:

1.Partner with the Data Census Technical Team, Information Architecture Team and Business Information Owners to ensure metadata requirements are maintained in order to adhere to firm wide policies. 2.Assist with requirements, documenting and testing of new and changed functionality within Data Census (DC) and Crowd Data Sourcing (CDS) 3.Understand how to create submit queries for analysis of CDS tables for DQE. 4.Own and manage a product backlog, with accountability for clearly expressing all backlog items, user stories and acceptance criteria to best achieve product strategy 5.Influence development release plans and set expectation for delivery of new features and functionality 6.Provide an active role in creating, prioritizing, mitigating impediments, impacting successful completion of release/sprint goals 7.Provide timely communications on impacts/deliverables between geographically diverse teams. 8.Ensure controls are followed and documented with appropriate evidence to adhere to risk standards. 9.Support implementations of defined process improvements on a continual basis. 10. Create and update the weekly scorecard on the progress for mgt. reporting.

Required Qualifications:

· BS/BA degree ·Has experience as a Product owner of an application. He / She has worked on enhancing the existing tool as well as partner with Product owner of applications to understand the requirement from the business and partnered with technology to implement/prioritize the requirements. ·8+ years of experience Product owner/project management with Agile development managing JIRA boards ·Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements, focus on the key issues and drive initiatives to conclusion ·Ability to lead, challenge and adopt to a changing business landscape ·Strong relationship management skills ·Strong communication skills ·Independent, self-starter who is interested to continuous learning opportunities

Preferred Qualifications:

·Understanding of JPMC Control Framework related to Change Management activities ·SQL knowledge to perform analysis on the existing glossary terms and lineage ·Completed CSPO training.
