Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to contribute to our mission by building and expanding our client base. The role requires a candidate who is goal-oriented, aware of industry dynamics, and committed to long-term growth with the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and establish connections with prospective students and educational institutions.
- Generate and manage leads through strategic outreach efforts, including cold calls, emails, and networking events.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage referrals and long-term engagement.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth and supportive onboarding experience for clients.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives and assist in creating promotional materials when required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Goal-driven, adaptable, and open to learning.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
