Role Overview:
The Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in leading our digital
advertising operations team towards achieving operational excellence and surpassing client expectations. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, leadership prowess, and deep understanding of digital advertising ecosystems. You will be responsible for managing the team, optimizing processes, and ensuring the successful execution of advertising campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
● Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of advertising
operations professionals, setting clear goals and expectations, and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
● Operational Oversight: Ensure the smooth execution of digital advertising
campaigns, from inception through to completion, optimizing processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
● Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational capabilities, drive innovation, and support the company’s growth objectives.
● Performance Analysis: Utilize data analytics to assess campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance productivity and ROI.
● Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our advertising solutions.
● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, product teams, and other stakeholders to align operations with broader company objectives.
● Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine operational processes to improve quality, efficiency, and scalability.
● Budget Management: Oversee the operations budget, ensuring resources are
allocated effectively to support strategic goals and deliver on financial targets.
Key Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
● Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in digital advertising operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
● Comprehensive understanding of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Advertising, etc.) and analytics tools.
● Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of developing and leading
high-performing teams.
● Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong client and team relationships.
● Proficiency in project management tools and CRM software.
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing
business needs.
Key Competency :
● Strategic Vision: Ability to see the larger picture and plan long-term strategies that align with the company’s objectives, anticipating future trends and changes in the digital advertising landscape.
● Change Management: Skilled in leading the organization through change, capable of managing resistance, and ensuring the team remains motivated and focused during transitions.
● Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial management principles to oversee budgets, forecast needs, and ensure the efficient use of resources to
maximize ROI.
● Innovation Leadership: Demonstrates a commitment to innovation, encouraging creative thinking and new approaches to solve complex challenges and capture new opportunities.
● Risk Management: Ability to identify potential risks in operations or campaign
execution and develop effective mitigation strategies to prevent or minimize their impact.
