Our mission is to bring innovative, high-performance products to businesses across India through a strong dealer and distribution network.Job Summary:We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Search Engine Optimization professional to develop, implement, and optimize SEO strategies that improve organic search visibility, website traffic, and conversions. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO , along with proven experience in managing SEO projects across industries. This role requires strong analytical skills, up-to-date knowledge of search engine algorithms, and the ability to drive measurable growth through SEO initiatives.Key Responsibilities:SEO Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business objectives.Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market insights to identify growth opportunities.Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs for targeted keywords and user experience.On-Page & Technical SEOEnsure proper site architecture, internal linking, URL optimization, and schema markup.Manage technical SEO aspects including site speed, mobile responsiveness, crawlability, and indexing.Conduct regular site audits and coordinate with developers for fixes and enhancements.Off-Page SEO & Link BuildingDevelop and execute link-building strategies to enhance domain authority.Build relationships with publishers, bloggers, and industry websites for high-quality backlinks.Monitor off-page performance and address toxic/broken links.Analytics, Reporting & OptimizationTrack, analyze, and report SEO performance metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.).Measure ROI and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.Stay updated with search engine algorithm updates and adjust strategies accordingly.Collaboration & Content OptimizationWork closely with content, social media, and paid marketing teams to ensure an integrated approach.Provide SEO guidelines for new content development and digital campaigns.Conduct training and awareness sessions for internal teams on SEO best practices.Key Skills & Competencies:Strong expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEOProficiency in SEO tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic website CMS (Word Press, Shopify, Magento, etc.)Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to adapt to algorithm changes and deliver consistent resultsEducational Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related fieldCertification in SEO/Digital Marketing (Google, Hub Spot, SEMrush Academy) preferredLocation: Worli Mumbai** Candidates willing to travel to Worli & Work from Office should only apply
